The Senior Bookkeeper is responsible for the management of the payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and work order tracking. Other duties as assigned.

Reports to the CFO
Responsibilities:
Communication & Organization:
Excellent communication and analysis skills. The ability to ask for help when needed. Brings up issues to the CFO daily.
Well organized. Knows how to prioritize and plan duties for maximum efficiencies.
Payroll:
Work within ADP to check entered time and call out any discrepancies.
Review Payroll with the CFO prior to processing.
AP:
Runs AP report weekly.
Sends weekly statements.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Review invoices, apply credits, adjust payment terms, record ACH invoices and apply payments.
Process check runs / ACH transactions after approval from the CFO.
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
AR:
Runs AR report weekly.
Sends weekly statements.
Calls and emails past due customers (until we reach them).
Work Order Tracking
Track all work orders and where they are in the process.
Organize tracking for weekly reporting purposes.
Send weekly invoice status report.
Qualifications
5+ years of related professional experience
Demonstrated ability to understand accounting concepts.
Intermediate Excel skills
QuickBooks experience a plus.
Detail Oriented, Team Player, Organized
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
