A large Manufacturer and Distributor of consumer-packaged goods and personal care products has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EDI Analyst. This is a role that has room for growth and development and will be a high visibility role within a matrix organization.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

The EDI Analyst is responsible for all of the EDI related projects / Data Warehouse and software required to transact business with every IES business trading partner. The EDI Analyst will work with the IT Development and Support team, Business Analysts, the Network Infrastructure, the end users, as well as IES trading partners to ensure efficient communications with them.
Responsibilities:

Provide support to EDI (electronic data interchange) production processes, develop and modify maps from various software packages (Epicor10/ Evision/Tie), communications tools, etc.

Maps: Inbound/Outbound (850, 810, 856, 875, 880, 870, 850, 852, 864, 812, 832) for 71 trading partners

Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with business partners, technology experts and internal team members

Possess the ability to quickly recognize problems with inbound and outbound documents and validation to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Support EDI interaction with ERP system (Epicor10 manufacturing/distribution system)

Maintain and our EDI Servers and software

Document EDI related business processes and systems

Train users of ERP system on EDI?transactions

Support SQL applications / Data Warehouse
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science very strongly preferred.

3 years of experience with EDI Systems Evision/Tie preferred.

Configuration of Van experience preferred.

5 years of experience in SQL and/or programming.

Strong analytical and MS Excel skills with pivot tables, macros, formulas, etc.

Excellent Communication Skills, verbal & written.

Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
