As a Staffing Branch Manager with our firm, you will be responsible for managing weekly billing, working with the branch staff to fulfill client’s staffing needs and resolving all customer service issues. In addition, you will be expected to:
- Ensure the branch remains compliant with all labor law requirements.
- Ensure the branch remains profitable and sales goals are continuously met.
- Perform regular audits.
To qualify, you must have a minimum of five (5) years of staffing or HR management experience and have a working knowledge of labor laws. We also require you to:
- Have experience managing multiple client relationships.
- Have successful staffing sales experience and the ability to organically grow existing business.
- Have experience managing profit and loss.
- Be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel and Outlook.
