We are seeking a motivated and experienced Individual for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Temp to Hire position in Livermore!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to (other duties may be assigned):
- Assist in transacting material inventory transfers from receiving.
Print, process, track and perform material transfer of production ‘kits.
Work with Operations Director and S&R Manager to set daily ship schedule.
Work with Customer Service to resolve customer-owned products shipments.
Create and print bills of lading, packaging slips and shipping labels as needed.
Resolve shipping issues as required with the shipping lead and department manager.
Communicate/Coordinate with carriers and customer representatives for shipments.
Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
Shipping domestic and international shipments
Qualifications:
- Must be thoroughly adept at creating packaging slips, bills of lading, ASN’s and shipping processes.
Must have minimum 2 years ERP/MRP system experience
Must possess strong MS Excel skills
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
Must be a self-starter and work well independently
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
Oracle experience preferred
