Sanitation Worker

Perform sanitizing activities on production Equipment each day following production shift that meeting USDA guidelines.

 

1.Perform sanitizing activities on production equipment in following areas:

  • Loader-Remove Egg debris
  • Infeed-Remove Egg debris
  • Wash tanks-Remove Egg debris
  • Egg transfer-clean with clothes and brush
  • Track Carriers- Remove Egg debris
  • Packing lane-Remove Dust, Dirt, remove gg debris
  • Remove belt from deep clean once a week
  • Pack off-Remove roller and whip down
  1. Pallet washer
  • Drain washer water
  • Clean water storage
  • Whip clean rubber seals

3.Shrink wrapper

  • Clean area around wrapper
  • Remove any waste around area
  1. Case Sealer
  • Clean Interior
  • Remove any old egg debris
  • Remove any debris
  1. Walls/Ceiling
  • Clean all walls and sanitizes
  • Clean all vente
