Job Description:

Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Duties include answering and transferring phone calls, sorting mail, and greeting visitors.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Organizing client files.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Update calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filling, photocopying, and faxing.


Minimum Education/Experience:

Education:  Some college or relevant job experience and able to work in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision.


Computer/Technical Skills/Systems Knowledge:

Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook
