Office Coordinator

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking an office coordinator to Join our team, this position is a temp to hire within 60 days of employment.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7am:3:30pm


Duties & Responsibilities:

Answers, screens, and direct calls in a courteous and professional manner, takes messages and forwards calls to appropriate employee

Schedule order pickups, Data entry

Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, copying, faxing or emailing as required.

Greet visitors and direct to appropriate area or person

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues

Orders and maintains supplies, office equipment maintenance and keeps receptions area organized

Prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages

Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Proficient on Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
