- Develops and maintains relationship with both internal and external customers
- Generates reports and analyzes data/metrics to support team utilization
- Monitors pipeline and strategizes to complete production timelines
- Communicate with stakeholders on status of pipeline and any issues that may arise
- Lead a team and provide support where needed

- Prior leadership experience preferred
