Inside Sales Representative for Office & IT Management Company

Our client, a rapidly growing Office and IT Management company is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a high visibility role with unlimited earning potential and a fast-paced collegial atmosphere with extensive company and product specific training provided.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales development and/or cold calling in a high-tech environment is required.

The preferred candidate must be self-sufficient, and a fast learner. Our client’s training program is second to none and you will be provided with all the tools necessary to succeed!

The role offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision and Life Insurance, 401k. This role will sit in Mahwah, NJ.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions in addition to Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses!

· Excellent written, verbal and analytical communication skills for email and phone sales.

· Strong teamwork, communication, process, and project management skills.

· Effective combination of both selling skills and technical acumen.

· Quick to learn new concepts and technology along with thriving in a start-up environment.

· Experience in modern prospecting and account development techniques.


· Inbound lead qualification of marketing-driven leads to our client’s web site and social media pages using a combination of email, phone and live chat.

· Collaborate with customer account managers to prospect for additional sales opportunities within our existing services customer base nationwide.

· Qualify prospects via phone, chat and email, identifying key decision makers and confirming lead criteria including budget, timeframe and pain points.

· Convert both outbound prospects and inbound Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads and scheduling appointments for follow up for our Sales Team.

· Meet a monthly quota of Sales Qualified Leads.

· Utilize CRM to record activities, update lead records, and track progress.

· Provide amazing prospect and customer journey experiences.

· Collaborate with CEO, Sales Team and Marketing Team members to provide feedback and input on lead generation strategies, improve execution and support company sales goals.

· Prescreen customers and set meetings

· Provide reports of individual calls

· Update customer status

· Practice and become adept at using scripts in order to provide customer feedback

· Have excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills required

· Ability to maintain customer database required
