· Employee will be answering phone calls and transferring them accordingly when needed.
· Employee will be responsible for retrieving orders from our system and prepare them accordingly.
· Employee must understand how to operate and navigate through computer software such as excel, word, outlook, and be able to quickly learn our WMS.
· Employee will be constantly contacting customers and providing daily information regarding orders and inbound status when needed.
· Employee will be responsible to email each customer opened order reports once updated with proper notes daily
· Employee will deal with the routing process of orders as required and outlined by each customer
· Employee will be involved in closing orders same day or latest 9:00 a.m. the following morning
· Employee will be responsible for issuing 945-ASN to vendors as required by the vendor manual or as outlined by each individual customer
· Employee will be filling all daily transactions and maintaining and organized office and personal working area
· Employee will be checking drivers in and coordinating with the floor supervisor on which doors to assign.
· Employee will help schedule trailers with Floor Supervisor as required with Fed EX and UPS and work with shipping to schedule and route all LTL and FTL loads as required
· Employee will help in scheduling all inbounds, trailer loads (FTL-LTL) and or sea containers
· Employee will be responsible to create and print all shipping labels, UCC 128 labels, pallet labels, SCC, BOL’s as required
· Employee may be asked from time to time to be involved in customer related calls or face to face meetings
· Employee must keep area clean and well organized
· Able to understand all training and immediately implement what was learned
· Employee may be held responsible to ensure all supplies needed are in stock or reordered when needed.
