· Translation as needed, verbal and written

· Conducts the initial screening processes for all Spanish and English new hire applicants going through the new hire process

· Conducts all HR Spanish New Hire Orientations and English Orientations if needed.

· Preparation and distributing plant postings such as company announcements, schedule changes, and coming events, etc.

· Maintains the company electronic notifications and power point presentations in English and Spanish to pass essential information onto our employees

· Learn and practice with a full understanding HR and Safety policies.

· Performs trainings and safety equipment inspections.

· Other HR and Safety duties as assigned.

· Conducts all government regulated safety related Spanish trainings to include company-imposed toolbox talks.
