Administrative Assistant with Recruiting Experience

We are looking for a competent Admin assistant + recruiter in our Lancaster Office to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation and placement of employees. You will be the one to ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. Must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
  • Assist in preparation and execution application and onboarding processes
  • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
  • Call resumes for potential applicants
  • Flyer around surrounding area for upcoming job fairs on new openings
  • Check in at client sites for new starts

 

Skills

  • Proven experience admin assistant, HR assistant or similar position
  • Word, Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable with a respect to confidentiality

 

Pay rate: $17/HR
