Job Duties:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Investor and resident liaison, Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, mail bills.

Managing contracts and price negotiations for corporate vendors and service providers.

Completing Bank Recs, Managing Corporate leases and collection for rent.


  • Taking resident calls Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must have:
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and planning skills
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, Word, Power-point
  • Detail Oriented and self-starter
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
