Position – Ocean Import Customer service
Target Hourly Wage: $17 – 20 ( Depending on experience )
Work Schedule – Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Job Description
Import CS Operation
Has experience with Import Forwarding Operations ( Especially our own NVOCC service )
· Provide rate quotes
· Consolidations, tracking & tracing
· Tracking container & cargo status
· Billing operation
Essential Duties:
- 80% Handle job assignments as determined by Team Leader or above job may be isolated to one job function and/or one account.
- 20% Provide support service to other Import Agents for import documentation General business support function as assigned.
Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
- Proficient in keyboard operation
Skills & Abilities:
- Analytical skills (Familiar with logistics concept and planning concepts)
- Knowledge of international commerce (sales and payment terms, methods, customs regulations etc.)
- Knowledge of the Consolidator system
- Communication skills
