PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate will be responsible to ensure all office areas, bathrooms and the lunchroom are always kept clean and neat.   Including the removal and disposal of all garbage.
• Candidate will be responsible for the daily sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all of the office, lunchroom and bathroom floors.
• Candidate will be responsible for the stocking of all paper products, soap and various other supplies needed in the office, bathroom, and lunchroom areas.
• The candidate would be responsible to review the outside grounds and to perform minor clean up when necessary.
• The candidate would assist in all repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance work on our equipment and machinery. 
• We estimate the time split will start off as 70% janitorial, 20% maintenance and 10% working in the warehouse, but those numbers could vary.   

QUALIFICATIONS
 

• Prior janitorial or maintenance expertise preferred.
• Candidate should have common knowledge of basic tools
